We are committed to providing high-quality software solutions to our clients. Specific terms regarding project timelines, milestones, and deliverables will be outlined in individual agreements with our clients. Avenir IT will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines and project objectives.
Clients play a crucial role in the success of our collaborative projects. It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the development and implementation of software solutions. Delays or inaccuracies in client-provided information may impact project timelines and outcomes.
Avenir IT retains all intellectual property rights to the software solutions developed for clients, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for their internal business purposes. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of the software beyond the agreed-upon scope is strictly prohibited.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, software algorithms, and trade secrets. Avenir IT will take all reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality of client information.
Clients agree to the payment terms specified in the relevant agreements. Invoices will be issued in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule. Failure to make payments within the stipulated time may result in the suspension or termination of services.
Avenir IT may offer support and maintenance services as part of the software solution package. The terms and conditions for support and maintenance will be outlined in separate agreements. These services may include updates, bug fixes, and ongoing technical support to ensure the optimal functioning of the software.
Avenir IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software solutions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of related country. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of related country.
Avenir IT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying clients directly. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
